This house was amazing and just what we were looking for in a get away. The dock was so nice to sit and fish or just relax. We had a manatee swim by and saw a bobcat across the way! More than enough space for our group of 12. Would love to come back again

This property was exceptional. Very clean, well organized and appointed with everything needed to cook meals for a group of 11. We all enjoyed time in the pool. The view was beautiful. Everyone in our group expressed interest in visiting here again for our annual vacation.
Upon arrival we met the cleaning crew (we got there a tad early) and they were super nice!!! The house itself is massive a bit dated in some portions of the house but the renovations done to the kitchen and pantry area were amazing. Everything you would need and more. The patio/bar area was on of our favorite spots to be! It was perfect! The pool area could use some updating however it didn't stop us from enjoying it. One thing we did notice was our 2nd day there we had some dive toys and such that disappeared out of the pool area. Not sure if the pool service scooped them out while we were gone or what. It wasn't really an issue as we had other options for the kids and adults.
One thing I wish I would have seen prior to our trip is they have life vests at the property. I didn't have any issues with smells or neighbors digging in our garbage as previous reviews stated. The neighbor to the right was super nice. The master bedroom and bath were amazing. I could literally live in the shower. The placement of a glass coffee table in the master bedroom did throw me off but it was pushed over to the wall so it didn't interfere with us. The second bedroom with the attached bathroom was wonderful too. Water does splash out in the floor as one review stated but you can manage it. They even had a few rugs to throw down. The kids bunk bed area was amazing as well I would suggest that they figure out how to fix others damages such as carvings in the wood. The house is long so u definitely get your steps in. One other thing is the second thermostat that runs the back half of the house is locked at 73 degree which does stay a little worm for our taste.
The dock was amazing however the fish didn't seem too hungry when we visited cause my family of 12 only caught 2 fish. The privacy is a big plus as well. We felt like we were in our own little paradise. The entire trip was more then worth it. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house year after year!
This property was amazing. We had our summer vacation in June here with our family. In all there were 11 of us and we had plenty of room without being on top of each other. The kids loved the pool and we throughly enjoyed the screened in patio, the dock, and all the outdoor spaces. Even though there are other houses close, it felt like you were in your own private oasis due to the beautiful vegetation that surrounded the edges of the property. The vegetation was a little overgrown but it was truly beautiful. We had many adventures while staying here. We traveled to downtown Ft. Myers which had several shops and good places to eat. We went to both Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. These beaches were close and made for beautiful day trips and after the beach days the pool at our house was waiting for us when we came back. We would definitely go back to this vacation rental again!!!

This home was even more amazing in person. Absolutely loved that this home is dog friendly. I truly think my pups enjoyed the trip just as much as the humans! Extremely private, spacious, peaceful, and relaxing. Close enough to downtown and restaurants but far enough away that you feel like you're really on vacation. Will definitely be staying again in the future!
We needed a last minute rental due to a unfortunate circumstances...this place was available for the 3 days we needed. We loved it from the minute we pulled into the long driveway ~ we felt like we were surrounded by a tropical paradise!! The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the view outside was beautiful! The weather was only in the 60's, so we definitely will be back so we can enjoy the pool.
